A browser-local first pass

Can people tell what happened—and what to do next?

Portal Signal Check looks at generic education portal and status language for five basic signals: state, action, timing, ownership, and evidence. It returns a small, unranked artifact and one human-owned next move. The words stay in this browser tab.

Check the language

Use only public-safe, generic copy.

Do not paste learner, applicant, or student records; names; email addresses; credentials; private URLs; IDs; or other confidential information. The check rejects likely private data, placeholders, fragments, and nonsense before analysis.

Paste 80–2,000 characters of complete, generic public-facing language. Do not include a URL.

The narrow lens

Five signals, not a complete portal review.

This first pass is intentionally small. It helps a team see whether the words carry a basic operating signal; it does not reveal CLAVA's full review system or replace inspection of the real experience.

  1. StateWhat is true now?
  2. ActionWhat should happen next?
  3. TimingWhen will something change?
  4. OwnerWho can resolve a blocker?
  5. EvidenceWhat confirms the state?

From signal to surface

Turn the first signal into a reviewed experience.

CLAVA can review the rendered portal, language, links, permissions, accessibility, lifecycle messages, and maintenance ownership as one bounded engagement. Start without attaching the text you checked here.
